How it works
Scope
We start with one call to understand the problem. Then I send a written proposal with what I will deliver, when, and what is not included.
Delivery in small PRs
Each step is a reviewed pull request (PR), with a preview you can try. You can follow progress in the code.
Handover
I hand over documentation, automated checks, and code your team can maintain.
How we work internationally
Contracts go through HMDeveloper LTDA, a Brazilian company since 2021. I invoice in USD or EUR and send a written proposal within 2 business days. We work mainly in writing: each call ends with a summary, and pull requests and documents are in English.

- Do you work with US and EU companies remotely?
- Yes. I am based in Brasília, Brazil, and work remotely with US and EU teams. My hours overlap with a full US Eastern workday and 4+ hours with US Pacific and Central Europe.
- What time zone and overlap can we expect?
- I work from Brasília (UTC-3). Our hours can overlap for a full US Eastern workday and at least four hours with US Pacific and Central Europe.
- How do contracts and payment work with a Brazilian contractor?
- The contract is with HMDeveloper LTDA, a Brazilian company. I issue a Brazilian nota fiscal (service invoice). The written proposal explains the work, schedule, and payment terms.
- What stack do you work in?
- Most backend projects use Python with FastAPI or Django, PostgreSQL, and REST/SOAP or payment connections. When useful, I also build AI agents with MCP and RAG.
- How do we start?
- Book a 30-minute intro call or message me on WhatsApp. I reply within one business day, then send a written proposal within two business days when the scope is clear.
- Fixed-scope projects or retainers?
- Both are available. A project can have a set scope, deliverables, and timeline, or ongoing work can use a monthly retainer. We choose the format in the proposal.
